The item shows no visible signs of use or damage

All original packaging is intact

Any sign of damage will void the product guarantee

Items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted

Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email including your order number, may be required to process your return.

Please include clear photos of the damage and your order number. Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Delivery confirmation timestamps provided by the carrier will be used when reviewing claims.
